Purpose

The website provider makes this document available to users to comply with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and to explain the website’s terms of use.

Anyone accessing this website becomes a user and agrees to observe these provisions and all other applicable law.

The provider may change any information appearing on the website without prior notice; publication on the provider’s website will be considered sufficient notice.

Liability

The provider accepts no liability arising from information published on the website where that information has been manipulated or introduced by an unrelated third party.

This website may contain links to third-party content. As the provider cannot always control content introduced by third parties on their websites, it accepts no responsibility for that content.

The provider will immediately remove any content or link that may contravene national or international law, morality or public order and will notify the competent authorities where appropriate.

The provider is not responsible for information or content stored in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish independently on the website.

Appropriate security measures have been adopted to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. HTTPS (SSL) is used to create a secure, encrypted channel between the server and users for personal-data transmission.

The website has been reviewed and tested to operate correctly and should generally be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances may make access impossible.

Intellectual and industrial property

This website—including its programming, editing, compilation, operation, designs, logos, text and graphics—is owned by the provider or used under licence or express authorisation. All content is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and, where applicable, registered in the relevant public registries.

Any total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution or commercialisation requires the provider’s prior written authorisation, regardless of purpose. Unauthorised use will be considered a serious infringement of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

Third-party designs, logos, text and graphics appearing on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for disputes concerning them. Mention or appearance does not imply that the provider holds rights or responsibility for them, nor endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation.

Any observation concerning possible infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights or website content may be sent using the email or telephone details in the provider-identification section.

Accuracy of information and minors

All information supplied by users must be truthful. Users guarantee the authenticity of data provided through service-subscription forms and are responsible for keeping all information permanently updated so it reflects their current situation.

Users are solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements and for any harm caused to the provider or third parties. Minors must obtain prior consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for acts carried out by minors in their care.

Those responsible for minors must determine the content they may access and should use filters, blocking software and other controls to restrict inappropriate online material, while recognising that such measures are not infallible.

Access and use

Access to this website is free of charge. Users agree to use it in accordance with the law, this legal notice, morality and generally accepted good practice.

Users must not use the website for unlawful or prohibited purposes, infringe third-party rights or interests, or damage, disable, overload, impair or prevent normal use of the provider’s equipment, documents, files or content.

In particular, users agree not to transmit or make available information, data, messages, graphics, drawings, audio or image files, photographs, recordings, software or any other material that:

  1. is contrary to or infringes fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised by the constitution, international treaties or applicable law;
  2. encourages criminal, degrading, defamatory or violent conduct, or conduct contrary to law, morality or public order;
  3. encourages discriminatory conduct, attitudes or ideas based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or status;
  4. infringes honour, personal or family privacy, or a person’s own image;
  5. harms the credibility of the provider or third parties; or
  6. constitutes unlawful, misleading or unfair advertising.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies to all disputes or matters concerning this website or the activities carried out on it. The parties expressly submit to that law, and the courts of the registered address of the website controller will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to its use.
